PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING
Unless otherwise expressly agreed with Printscapes, you must pay for all purchases at the time of your order. This includes all taxes and shipping and handling charges. We will not be responsible: (i) for any charges that your card issuer or other payment method provider may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer or other payment method provider refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-¬delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized. If you have already been charged and your order is canceled by us, you shall receive a credit in the amount of the charge.
Your order may be cancelled due to, for example and without limitation, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or events outside of our control, such as product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations, problems related to credit and fraud avoidance, problems related to our third party fulfillment or shipping partners, and others. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit or debit card or other payment method has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card or such other method in the amount of the charge.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF PRODUCTS
SHIPPING AND HANDLING? INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on the Website may not include all duties, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or similar taxes assessed by local authorities, and pricing on the Website does not include insurance costs.
If you place an order for shipment to an international address, although Printscapes makes every effort to provide Products on a "Delivery Duty Paid" basis, you will be responsible for paying any additional VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar taxes, duties, or fees if they are assessed by local authorities and are attributable to such orders. These taxes, duties and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who may be billed for them by the local customs office. We suggest you check with your local customs office for any documents you may need before placing your order.
With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, Products will be shipped FOB shipping point and title and all risk of loss shall pass to the buyer immediately upon our delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or e-mail address. In the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to provide accurate information, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us and in re-sending the Product to you. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by customs authorities.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, provided the common carrier supplies such links. You can also check on the current status of your order by signing in to your account and navigating to the "Purchase History" page under "My Account," and clicking the "Track Shipment" link.
PRICING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors in Product descriptions may occur. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Printscapes shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and visual representations of Products, they may contain incorrect descriptive information, including, but not limited to, discrepancies in the size, weight, dimensions, or other measurements of a Product up to five percent (5%). Further, any visual representations of Products are for illustrative purposes only, and may vary slightly from the actual finished Products, whether because of your browser or because of the manufacturing process.
QUANTITY LIMITS AND ITEMS FOR RESALE
Printscapes reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household and/or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, on the same credit card or other payment method, and/or that use the same billing or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. Printscapes also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change anything about your order, such as the delivery address, payment method, or the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please note: because your address determines where your order is produced, we are unable to change your delivery country. If your request pertains to the Product(s) ordered, we may be able to make the change for you for no additional fee, provided that your request is received by us within eight (8) hours of the initial order time and production has not already begun on your order.
Because all Products are produced on demand, Printscapes begins processing your order as soon as it is placed. Due to the custom nature of orders, we are unable to accept any order cancellations once a Product has been produced. If you request an order cancellation before production begins, and if you have already been charged, you shall receive a refund using the same payment method used to create the order, or a credit will be applied to your account to use on future purchases.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! However, please note that our return policy is limited to faulty Products and/or workmanship. It is your responsibility to verify the quality of the User Content. Due to the custom nature of our Products, we are simply unable to process refunds or exchanges due to your errors in measurement, slight color variations, image source file anomalies, or simply a change of mind on your part relating to either the User Content or the Product(s) purchased. You acknowledge and agree that the colors of some User Content may differ from the colors you see on the computer screen or on the Product you ordered, and that Printscapes shall not be liable whatsoever for and may deny a return request where the return is due to any such differences. Further, we accept no responsibility for defective installation by you or anyone you use to install a Product, nor will we accept responsibility for any consequential loss resulting from faulty/defective installation.
The workmanship of our Products are guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If at any time you become aware of a problem with the workmanship of a Product during such period, please contact Printscapes' customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will ensure that the issue is rectified, whether a replacement product is provided, including the costs of shipping, or a full refund is made by crediting the original debit/credit card used to make the original purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 365 days from the date of shipment.
IN CASES OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO A PRODUCT, PRINTSCAPES ACCEPTS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. If your order arrived damaged or defective, please follow the instructions below within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product, and a Printscapes representative will quickly ship out a replacement:
- Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
- Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to: email@example.com. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
- You will receive an email within 1-3 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the Product may be required to be returned to Printscapes for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include:
- full name on the order;
- order number;
- item name;
- reason for return; and
- return or exchange preferred (if exchange what item # and size).
You will receive an email within 1-3 business days with further instructions to complete the return process.
If you have requested a refund, be advised that refunds usually take 5 business days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you have requested an account credit, be advised that credits usually take 24-72 hours during regular business days to appear in your Member account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on Printscapes.
If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the production has been initiated. Exchanges may only be made for a Product size or style of equal or lesser value.
